Harare giants Caps united are set to clash with resurgent Bulawayo giants Highlanders in a potentially explosive match to be played at the giant National Sports Stadium (NSS) this coming Sunday.

The first leg clash ended in a controversial manner at Barbourofelids stadium after referee Ian Bamala denied Caps united what looked like a genuine goal in the 87th minute.
Both teams will be seeking to maintain their fine run after collecting maximum points in their previous matches, with CAPS having beat Manica Diamonds at Vhengere through a Joel Ngodzo penalty while Bosso grabbing three points through Tinashe Makanda solitary strike against Black Rhinos at Babourfields stadium.
Fans will be expecting an exciting duel with Caps united relying on speedy winger Phenius Bamusi and Ronald Chitiyo as their attacking wingers while Highlanders have pint sized Ray Lunga and Brian Banda.
In form Joel ‘Josta’ Ngodzo will face off with his former pay masters and his childhood club.
CAPS will hope to improve their inconsistent record having lost their last home match 1-2 to Ngezi platinum stars.
Both their coaches Lloyd Chitembwe and Mandla Mpofu will clash for the first time after Mpofu took over his predecessor Madinda Ndlovu who left for greener pastures in Botswana.
However Mandla Mpofu has not yet tested a defeat in the Highlanders colours with nine points of a possible 15 having defeated fourth placed Black Rhinos and Chapungu and drew with Ngezi platinum, champions Fc Platinum and Manica diamond.
