Zimbabwe will this year host the first United Nations and African environment wildlife summit Union Summit, Environment and Tourism Minister Prisca Mupfumira has said.
The summit is going to be held in Victoria Falls.
In an interview Mupfumira said it had since been confirmed that Zimbabwe will host the summit.
“I am happy to report that it has since been confirmed that Zimbabwe is going to hosts the first ever UN/ AU environment wildlife summit in June, in Victoria falls,” she said.
Mupfumira said people had confidence in Zimbabwe at the moment.
“People are having confidence in Zimbabwe and we are a hit at the moment,” Mupfumira said
